 note = {Abstract：The aim of this paper is practice and the subject of faculty cooperation the career
education and career support in universities. In this report, K University that is taken as case
study has been promoting the systematization of career education and career support on a trial
basis from 2011. The author has been involved in both of career education and career support
in this university from the beginning. This practice of this time, it implements the faculty
cooperation in career education and career support, it seems to be effective for students who
career consciousness is low. Challenging for the future is the establishment of a support system for
students who are seen decreased motivation for learning from the first year.},
