 note = {Abstract：This thesis examines the philosophical education as human education in French
high school (Lycée). First of all, we explain the system of French high school in order to better
understand the educational situation in France. Secondly, we will try to analyze the history of
philosophical education in France and explain the qualification of philosophy professor. In the next
chapter, by referring to the program of philosophy in French high school, we explain the idea and
purpose of philosophical education in France. Finally, by analyzing L’enseignement scolaire de la
philosophie en France, we emphasize the role of philosophical education as human education and
try to defend an idea that the philosophical education in France has a great role to form human.},
