This paper is focusing on national history. After defeat in the war, the occupied forces excluded education of national history, moral training, and traditional culture because of the policy on forcing to weaken Japanese structure. The difference between humans and animals depends on whether they form their characters, or not. History leads to broaden human minds freely and eternally, and so does education. Therefore, ‘the education for human growth’ should create free individuals. Characters are needed in not objectivity but subjectivity for education. This is why traditional cultures are required in education, and the core of the education is to deepen philosophers of the past. Attitudes of philosophers toward academics relate with ‘shi-sei’ which signifies to stress the way of professors, respect them, and ask them faithfully. The present writer hopes that traditional cultures in education restore the inquiring mind.}, pages = {15--23}, title = {「人間教育」を培うもの - 伝統文化教育への期待 -}, volume = {1}, year = {2014}, yomi = {ワタナベ, キクロウ} }
