UNIVERSITY","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿は、2022年度学校法人奈良学園(以下、奈良学園)採択の共同研究の経過報告である。研究代表者(住本)は、長年、複数の府県市町教育委員会等において、いじめ調査委員や教職員対象いじめ防止・対応研修会の講師等を務めたり、生徒指導、教育相談関連業務等を担当したりしてきた。特に、2020年度は、私立の幼稚園から大学院までを有する、学校法人奈良学園において、教職員対象のいじめ問題対応研修会(幼稚園から高等学校教までの職員対象)の講師を務めた。当該研修会において、研究代表者開発の「いじめ防止・対応教職員研修プログラム」を実践し、管理職、生徒指導・教育相談担当者20名に、聞き取り調査を実施した。その結果から当該プログラムにおいては、いじめ対応研修会や事例研修会等の定期的実施等6項目が要素である点が、その有効性として確認された。本研究では、そこで確認された「いじめ対応研修会や事例研修会等の定期的実施」を奈良学園全体で複数回実施し(各学校園の生徒指導、教育相談等の担当者各1名参加)、毎回(1)生徒指導、教育相談に関する事例報告・検討　(2)最新の「教育相談」テキストを活用した研修を本年度実施し、参加者の研修の振り返りを基に、カウンセラー有資格者複数名が、半構造化面接を実施し、KJ法によって、その内容を整理、分析し、「いじめ防止・対応等、教職員研修プログラム」開発に資するものである。本稿ではその第1回研修会実施結果から得られた知見を報告するものである。そこでは、(1)【事例報告・検討】成功事例に学ぶ事例検討会の有効性（危機管理体制の充実による効果)　(2)【テキスト研修】教育実践(生徒指導・教育相談)する際に、裏付けとなる理論等をベースとすることの有効性　(3)開発的カウンセリング技法の研修の必要性　(4)同一学園内で同様の分掌担当者が定期的に意見交流することの有効性　(5)研修会に専門家が入ることの有効性等が確認された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"奈良学園大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-918X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"住本,
